— The Pathway

The CoreC
Leadership Pathway

One pathway. Multiple ways to walk it. Beginning with who you are.

— Overview

The Framework forms the leader. The Pathway is how it’s lived.

Designed for churches, nonprofits, and small businesses. Progress is enabled in real decisions, real conversations, and real team dynamics.

Start with the Foundation, then step into the Practices that fit your context. There is no required order beyond the Foundation — each path supports a different kind of growth.

— Walked, not delivered

A pathway you walk together.

Each step is shaped to meet you where you are — in the moments, decisions, and relationships you’re actually navigating. The work happens in real conversation, not in slide decks.

— Three Movements

Foundation. Personal Practices. Collective Practices.

Foundation
Step One

CoreC Leadership
Workshop Series

For leaders only. The starting point for the Pathway. Eight 90–120 minute workshops (~16 total workshop hours) that introduce the CoreC Leadership Framework and build the shared language, clarity, and expectations you and your leadership team need for everything that follows.

Leaders learn the seven CoreCs — Calling, Caring, Character, Competence, Clarity, Culture, and Coalescence — and begin applying them to real leadership moments.

Personal Practices
Reinforcement & Personalization

Continue the work
with leaders.

Peer Practice Groups Reinforcement

Monthly, 90-minute guided groups where leaders practice the CoreCs, reflect on real leadership moments, and build confidence through shared learning. This is where the Framework becomes lived experience.

1:1 Leadership Guidance Personalization

Individual, 60-minute sessions that help leaders apply the Framework to their own real-time challenges, decisions, and relationships. This is where the Framework becomes personal and practical.

No long-term commitment. Continue as long as it’s serving you.

Collective Practices
Inclusion & Expansion

Expand the work beyond
the leadership team.

Team Alignment Labs Team Inclusion

Hands-on, 2–4 hour working sessions that bring one leader’s team into the Framework. Teams co-create clarity, align around shared priorities, and translate the CoreCs into team behaviors. This is where the Framework becomes team-owned.

Embedded Leadership Support Organizational

A deeper, seasonal partnership that helps the entire organization embed the Framework into culture, systems, and leadership rhythms.

  • Organizational Integration Support — lighter-touch, 2–4 months
  • Fractional Leadership — deeper involvement, 3–6 months
— The Destination

Healthy Leadership & Unified Momentum.

When leaders grow, teams align. When teams align, culture strengthens. When culture strengthens, the organization thrives. The CoreC Leadership Pathway helps you build that future — one step at a time.
