Meet the CoreC Founder
and Your Guide.
CoreC Leadership reflects my commitment to formation and practice.
I’m the Founder and Guide of CoreC Leadership, serving leaders through an identity-first approach that is both practical and deeply human. My perspective was shaped over decades of leading teams in a variety of environments, where I learned that lasting performance grows from leaders who are grounded in who they are — and who practice their leadership with intention.
Today, my calling is to bring those lived practices to under-resourced leaders in churches, nonprofits, and small organizations, offering the kind of support they deserve but rarely receive. CoreC Leadership reflects my commitment to leadership formation and practice — frameworks built with intention and warmth, paired with real-world application — so leaders can cultivate presence, build healthy cultures, and maximize organizational impact.
Listening is rare.
This framed Edward Farrell quote sits in my office. It was originally emailed to me from a peer, and it meant a lot. It speaks to me in multiple ways these days. Much of my job as a Guide is to listen, and the leaders who choose to take advantage of CoreC Leadership will also need to listen deeply. Real listening enables us to discover ourselves and lead from who we are, as well as to connect with those our leadership touches.
You don’t have to sort it out alone.
“If any of this resonates with where you are or what you’re navigating, I’d welcome a conversation. Leadership grows through formation and practice — and you don’t have to sort it out alone.”
